I am Cui Xuan, a multifaceted creative and designer from Singapore. Currently, I am in my second year of BA Graphic Design at Arts University Bournemouth. Ever since secondary school, I have been aware of my strong inclination towards a creative field, where I envision the opportunity to not only express my creativity but also positively impact the lives of others.

Despite considering myself a generalist designer, I enjoy integrating motion graphics into my projects which allowed me to hone my After Effects and Premiere Pro skills. I took part in the 2021 Singapore Packaging Star Awards competition where I emerged as one of the winners, this experience provided me with valuable insights into my target audience and deepened my understanding of the crucial role sustainability plays in packaging design.

During my gap year, I worked in a design agency in Singapore where I had the privilege of working on a diverse range of projects that have allowed me to grow and refine my craft. I had the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, ranging from food photography, menu design to social media graphics and packaging design. When I am not immersed in design work, you will likely find me actively involved in various sports activities which provide a much-needed escape from the demands of my design work.
